This notice explains what personal data the MARGIN beta on recursosvalue.com collects, why, and your rights. MARGIN is a members-only educational game; access is gated behind a WordPress login.
What we collect
Account: the email address (and username) used to create your beta login. Security logs: when you sign in, our host (Raiola Networks, EU) records the usual web-server data —IP address, browser user-agent, timestamps— in access logs, to keep the login secure. Nothing else: no analytics or advertising trackers run on the game; the display font is self-hosted, so no request goes to a third-party font CDN.
Your game progress stays in your browser
Your career (seed and the log of your own moves) is stored only in your browser's localStorage. It never reaches our server and contains no hidden game state.
Why, and on what basis
We process your email to authenticate access to the private beta (your consent when you accept an invitation). Security logs are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in protecting the site. We do not sell or share your data, and we don't use it for marketing unless you separately opt in to a newsletter.
How long we keep it
Your account lasts for the beta or until you ask us to delete it. Host access logs are kept only for the host's standard security-retention window and then rotated out.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or erase your data, or to close your account. Erasing your account removes your login and clears the associated login-log entries. To exercise any right, contact us via the site's contact page. You may also complain to your data-protection authority (in Spain, the AEPD).
